The Universal Animal

The center of the installation 'The Universal Animal' is a wishing well, filled with ceramic and bronze coins, flowers, lily pads and hands. The work explores ways in which objects can hold meaning, time, energy and a magical function within them. The Universal Animal is the result of an ongoing research on making and looking at art through the concept of Ritual, which is also the topic of my bachelor thesis.
